Flash Coffee Galaxy Mall is a design proposal for a large store in Surabaya. The concept is built around a sculpted ceiling of wavy timber slats that flows over the whole space, drawing people in from the mall corridor.
At the centre, a round stainless steel bar sits under a ring of light, surrounded by a green wall, terracotta surfaces and patterned tiles. Banquettes, high tables and a large olive tree divide the floor into different ways to sit.
